Overview
Rolls-Royce closed the Wraith order books in 2022 to make room for the electric Spectre, and did not replace it. It remains the most powerful and the most driver-focused car the company has built.
Under the hood is a 6.6-liter twin-turbo V12 producing 624 horsepower and 800 Nm, through a ZF eight-speed automatic. 0 to 100 km/h takes 4.6 seconds. The air suspension and dampers were retuned to limit roll through corners, and the steering adds weight as speed rises and lightens again for parking. The gearbox uses GPS data and the driver's own habits to read the road ahead and select a gear before the bend arrives.
The proportions are different from the saloons: lower roof, wider rear track, shorter wheelbase, and a fastback rear screen. This car wears a two-tone finish that follows the character line. The doors are rear-hinged coach doors.
Inside are mirror-matched wood veneers, weighted metal switchgear and deep leather seats — arranged, unusually for the marque, around the driver rather than the rear passenger.
