A shape that refused to change
The G-Class was designed in 1979 to a military brief, and the current car keeps the same upright glass, exposed hinges and door that shuts with a rifle-bolt clack. AMG's contribution is the 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8, built by one person start to finish, with that engineer's signature on the cover.
In Thailand the G 63 has become the default answer for buyers who want presence without fragility. Values hold unusually well, and the limited editions hold better still — which is why the ones that arrive here rarely stay long.

Mercedes-AMG G 63 in Thailand — common questions
How much does a G 63 cost in Thailand?
Import duty and taxes put Thai G 63 prices well above home-market figures. Live asking prices for the cars we have are in the table above — no registration needed to see them.
What is the Edition 55?
A limited run marking AMG's 55th year, with Manufaktur paint, a numbered interior plaque and equipment not offered on the standard car. It carries a premium over a regular G 63 and tends to keep it.
Does the G 63 hold its value in Thailand?
Better than almost anything in its class. Supply is limited, demand is steady, and the shape does not date — a five-year-old G 63 still reads as current.
Can you fit BRABUS parts?
Yes. We are the authorised BRABUS dealer in Thailand and fit the parts at our own service centre on Rama III — widebody, carbon, wheels, exhaust and PowerXtra.
Where can I see the cars?
At our showroom at 1290 Rama III Road, Bangkok — open Mon–Sat 9:00–18:00, Sun 10:00–17:00. Every car on this page is on the floor, not in a catalogue.
