Who we are

Target Car Center (Thailand) Co., Ltd. operates this website and our showroom at 1290 Rama III Road, Bangkok. For the personal data described in this policy, we are the data controller under the PDPA.

What we collect

• Enquiry details — your name, phone number, email or LINE contact, the car you are interested in, and anything you write in your message, when you submit an enquiry or contact us.
• Usage data — pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through analytics cookies only if you accept them.
• Contact interactions — when you tap to call us or open a LINE chat, we record that the button was used (not the content of your call or chat).

Cookies and consent

When you first visit, analytics and advertising cookies are switched off. They are only set if you choose to accept them in the cookie banner. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used and the Meta Pixel to measure our advertising.

Your choice is remembered in a single cookie (tcc-consent). If you decline, the website works exactly the same — we simply do not measure your visit.

How we use your data

• To respond to your enquiry, arrange viewings, and follow up on the cars you asked about.
• To understand which cars and pages attract interest, so we improve the site.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with the service providers that run this website and our communications: website hosting, analytics (Google), advertising measurement (Meta), and messaging (LINE). They process data on our behalf. We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our business records, then deleted. Analytics data is retained per the standard retention settings of the analytics services.

Under the PDPA you may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, withdraw consent you have given, or object to certain uses. Contact us using the details below and we will respond promptly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
