Who we are

Target Car Center (Thailand) Co., Ltd. operates this website and our showroom at 1290 Rama III Road, Bangkok. For the personal data described in this policy, we are the data controller under the PDPA.

What we collect

• Enquiry details — your name, phone number, email or LINE contact, the car you are interested in, and anything you write in your message, when you submit an enquiry or contact us.
• Usage data — pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through analytics cookies only if you accept them.
• Contact interactions — when you tap to call us or open a LINE chat, we record that the button was used (not the content of your call or chat).
• Where you came from — if you arrive from an advertisement or a search, we keep the advertising click identifier, campaign names and the referring site in a first-party cookie (tcc_attr) for up to 90 days, so we know which advertisement led to your enquiry. This cookie identifies the click, not you, and is set regardless of the cookie banner because it is our own record of how you found us.
• LINE profile — if you contact us on LINE, we record your LINE user ID and display name so we can recognise the same conversation later.
• Follow-up records — after you enquire, our sales team records progress (contacted, qualified, showroom visit, purchase) in our customer system.

Cookies and consent

When you first visit, analytics and advertising cookies are switched off. They are only set if you choose to accept them in the cookie banner. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used and the Meta Pixel to measure our advertising.

Your choice is remembered in a single cookie (tcc-consent). If you decline, the website works exactly the same — we simply do not measure your visit.

If you accepted cookies, we also send the advertising click identifier and your Meta browser identifier along with the events below. If you declined, nothing from your browser is sent to Meta or Google.

How we use your data

• To respond to your enquiry, arrange viewings, and follow up on the cars you asked about.
• To understand which cars and pages attract interest, so we improve the site.
• To measure whether our advertising works, only where you have consented.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with the service providers that run this website and our communications: website hosting, analytics (Google), advertising measurement (Meta), and messaging (LINE). They process data on our behalf. We never sell your personal data.

To measure our advertising, we report enquiry outcomes — that an enquiry, a showroom visit or a purchase happened — to Meta and Google Ads. Before sending, your telephone number, name and email are converted into a one-way hash; Meta and Google receive the hash, never the value, together with the advertising click identifier. They use this only to match the outcome to a click on our advertisement. Meta's and Google's own handling of this data is described in their policies.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and follow-up records are kept for two years after your last contact with us, then deleted. Purchase records are kept as long as Thai law requires for sales documentation. Analytics data is retained per the standard retention settings of the analytics services.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, withdraw consent you have given, or object to certain uses. Contact us using the details below and we will respond promptly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
