Service & repair
Servicing and repairs for the cars we sell, and the ones we didn't
Our service centre opened in 2022, behind the showroom on Rama III. We sell supercars, and we wanted their owners to have somewhere they could trust to look after them afterwards. Every European marque comes through the workshop, Porsche and Lamborghini most of all, and you do not need to have bought the car from us.

Servicing, at intervals that suit Thailand
We recommend a service every 3,000–6,000 km or every six months, roughly half the interval in most handbooks. These engines work hard, and oil that is driven at speed breaks down faster than it does in an everyday car.
A routine service takes about two hours: engine oil, cabin and air filters, brakes and pads, and the suspension, plus a once-over of the whole car. Every part we fit is a genuine factory part. The oil is Gulf, the top grade McLaren uses, and it goes into every car we service, SUVs such as the Cayenne included. European cars are specified a 0W oil for a colder climate, so we choose a grade that suits the temperatures here.
What it costs
- Routine service, Porsche and up
- About ฿10,000 or a little over
- With cabin and air filters replaced
- Around ฿20,000 a visit
- A year of routine servicing
- About ฿30,000 for an SUV such as a Cayenne; ฿50,000–60,000 for a supercar

Repairs
We take on mechanical and electrical repairs of every kind in-house. Body and paint work goes to a partner body shop we use regularly, and we manage the job for you. Accident repairs can be claimed on insurance.
01
Diagnose
A routine check takes about an hour, and then we can tell you the cost and when the car will be ready. A warning light or a bigger fault takes a day to diagnose, two if it is complex. A dashboard light only says something is wrong; the diagnostic computer tells us what.
02
Quote
You get a price to approve before any work begins, every time. If the repair is done with us, the diagnostic charge is dropped, and small checks are not charged at all.
03
Repair
Parts that fail often are kept in stock. Anything else is ordered from Germany or England and takes about two to three weeks. Where a cheaper OEM part exists, we can source it if you prefer.

Keep you posted
While the car is with us, we send you updates on the work, with photos.
The three faults we see most
Flat batteries
A car left standing drains its battery, and on these cars a flat battery rarely ends there: warning lights come on, and some cars throw faults in other systems once the power drops. Charge it once a week, or start it regularly.
Air suspension
Air suspension wears out quickly on Thai roads, which are not what it was designed for.
Windscreens
Cracked windscreens, mostly from stones thrown up off the road.
The team and the tools
Our head technician joined us from Yuma Motor, another imported-car specialist, with more than ten years on these cars. He diagnoses each car and assigns the work, with dedicated technicians for engine and body strip-down.
Diagnosis runs on the factory systems: PIWIS for Porsche, and ODIS for Bentley, Audi and Lamborghini, equipment many garages do not have. For new models and electric cars, we have the repair manuals and procedures sent from overseas, down to which systems must be isolated first and the special tools a job needs.
Cars other workshops could not finish
The hardest work is heavy accident damage. The body has to be pulled true and the electrical and fuel systems around the impact all put right, or the car never drives at 100% again, least of all at speed. Electric cars come next, because the fault is rarely in one place. Plenty of cars reach us after a repair elsewhere did not work, among them a Mercedes G 63 that had been in a flood and would not start at all.
BRABUS
BRABUS, from the official dealer
As the official BRABUS dealer in Thailand, we fit parts to BRABUS's own installation manuals, and every part we supply is 100% genuine. That matters: copies are on the market, and unless you see the real thing every day, you cannot tell them apart. Our technicians are trained by BRABUS, which sends a team from Germany each year and supports us in between.
Parts ordered from Germany take about 30 days. A tuned engine wants high-octane fuel; beyond that, a BRABUS car is no harder to look after than any other Mercedes. If you add a BRABUS kit to an AMG bought in Thailand, tell your insurer so the kit is covered, or the policy covers the car only as it left the factory. A body kit should not affect the manufacturer's warranty, but engine tuning may need to be returned to standard before the car goes back to a brand service centre. We advise against upgrading a car that has already been modified elsewhere; starting from a standard car gives the better result.

Service history
A full service record matters when you sell. Every job we do is logged against the car in our system, so its next owner can check with us what has been done.
Warning lights
If a warning light comes on, bring the car in before the next service is due. We read the fault codes and tell you what the problem is.
Oil changes
The most common misunderstanding. 10,000 km between changes is fine on an SUV such as a Cayenne. A supercar that is driven hard needs fresh oil every 6,000 km or six months.
Buying used
Check first for accident and flood damage. The body and the whole suspension can be inspected; some electrical faults only show once the car is in use.
Booking and visiting
- Book a day ahead for a routine service; half a day can be enough if a lift is free.
- Collection and delivery from your home, including a flatbed for supercars.
- Customers from upcountry and from abroad are welcome.
- A technician can come out to you when one is free.
- Cars on site are covered by CCTV and an alarm system.
- Some owners who live abroad leave their cars with us to look after.
- Pay by cash, bank transfer or credit card.
- Broken down? Call us, 24 hours a day. We will try to talk you through a fix first, and if that does not work, send a flatbed to bring the car in.
Questions owners ask
Do I need to have bought my car from Target?
No. We service and repair every make and model, wherever it was bought.
How long will it take?
A routine service takes about two hours. Diagnosing a fault takes one to two days, and parts we have to order arrive in about two to three weeks.
How much does a service cost?
About ฿10,000 or a little more for a Porsche and up, around ฿20,000 when the cabin and air filters are due. That is about 15% below a brand service centre. You get a quote before any work starts.
Will servicing here affect my warranty?
On an imported car, the warranty is held by the importer. For a car bought from Target, that is us: new cars carry two years or 50,000 km, and servicing with us keeps it in place.
Is a courtesy car available?
Not at the moment. We can collect the car from your home and bring it back when it is done.
Can insurance pay for accident repairs?
Yes. Accident repairs can be claimed on insurance. Body and paint work is done by our partner body shop, with us managing the job.
